In the old days there were no cars , even a cart needed a Horse to go forward.
Speed was not an issues , you could go on and on all day as long as there is enough light for sight , and of course you would only have to worry about overheating – and take care of your Horse to Avoid its' over exhaustion hence you should stop every couple of hours for Rest, Food and Water.
One more thing, it is advisable to go only where a road goes … that's were Carted Animal can go. Only where there is a Paved Road .. with low to moderate inclination.
No Cars , or internal Combustion just Animal Energy.
The Bueaty is with Only a horse you could go Further, Faster and otherwise unreachable places !
So why the Cart… To Carry more ..the Goods
If we think of needed Medical Care .
The Physician need to get to the patient and perform & deliver the required service.
Why the Cart if he could carry with him enough Medicine & Supplies and Required Tools
and his own personal stuff for the mission
Here the vehicle's role is to deliver all of this and ONE Physician on His Horse is enough
If it ever reach in time and there is only what is expected. No surprises !
What if there is More then One Patient and simply More is Required … get the Cart
Build the road and maybe your naiuhbor will not go through the same puzzle when they need a doctor to come over to check their whole family and give them his best attention rather then having to rest over a near by place and shower off the sweat and heat or dirt
of his journey.
Now we're already talking about a carriage NO More A Cart
The Physician role becomes evidently important as he is carried with his belonging in Carriage and comfort with least distraction by the HORSE and Course of the journey someone else does that for him while he rest or prepare to deliver what no other person and the all the tools and medicine and the HORSE of course can't do.
The Physicians today; the bread of allopath medical care workers today who deal with Patients and commonly referred to as Doctors.
Those Doctor Can't do their job on their on today as the Old Hakeem used to do. They are inferior not because of lack of information or tools rather they are inferior due to their dependency on OTHERS and the narrowness of their knowledge to the extent of total ignorance that's happens due to their specialty; them doing something for so long and nothing else.
